Note: Rev Share can be passed down to heirs. In my opinion, when choosing a brokerage, this is one of the most important deciding factors because you will inevitably bring other agents into the brokerage you are with (if you love it), and when you do you could either be rewarded with a one time cash bonus, or you could be rewarded with passive income for the rest of your life and future generations.
