What is the Private Label Program and Who is it For?
Real's Private Label program is designed for Independent brokerages who want to access all the benefits of joining Real without giving up the brand they have spent years building.
The Private Label program is essentially a "Brokerage in a Box".
You have a brokerage and want access to the best tools, stock options, health care, and revenue sharing plans for you and your team? But don't want to give up your brand?
You got it with Real's Private Label Program. That's it, plain and simple.
YOUR BRAND. YOUR CHOICE.
That's all there is to it. You can literally brand yourself however you want, from keeping your partnership with a Real a secret all the way to putting the Real logo next to your logo as a Co-Brand, and anything in between. Outlined below are the 3 most common branding choices independent brokerages make when joining the Private Label program.
Suggestion 1: Keep Your Brand "As Is"
Plain and simple. Keep your brand exactly as it is and nobody would ever know you're a part of something much larger.
I would show you examples of what that looks like but there are none to show. The brokerages that are private label are truly private labels.
Suggestion 2: "Powered by"
This is a simple way of keeping your brand and adding "Powered by", "Partnered with", "Brokered by", or anything else you can think of that feels good to you.

This is the most common method that you see. Brokers often want to show off that they are partnered with a bigger organization that has deep resources and trust built throughout North America.

Is My Brokerage Qualified to Join the Private Label Program?
Your independent brokerage qualifies to join the Private Label program if:
- Your brokerage is in good standing in your state.
- The Private Label program is available in each market you do business. (See below for which states currently offer the Private Label program).
Which States Currently Allow the Private Label Program?
As of March 2024, you can bring your independent brokerage to Real's Private Label Program in the following states:
