That Simple. The intention of the The Pro Teams program is to give you the flexibility you need to design your team exactly as you want it.
The Team Leader carries a full $12k cap.
Each team memberĀ carries a $6k cap.
Note: If your team does over $100m in sales, there is an option for an even more reduced cap for team members. Book a call with me and I will be happy to explain the details.
CustomĀ Splits and CapsĀ
You can set up each team member with a custom arrangement that is automatically calculated so neither of you ever have to wonder what their capping status or level of production is.Ā
CommonĀ Configurations:
- One Cap and Split for all team members
- MultipleĀ Caps and Splits for eachĀ agent
- Flat Fee Model. (Note - This model can be a little tricky to set up but is absolutely possible. Again, if you set up a call with me, I'm happy to walk you through it).
- Anything ElseĀ Any creative choice you can think of.
